🔥 GCAS Admissions 2025–26 – First Phase Schedule

Let’s walk you through each important step and date.

---

1. Online Registration Begins

Dates: May 9 – May 18, 2025

This is your first and most important step. Head over to the GCAS portal and register yourself. You'll need to fill in basic details, upload documents, and pay a small registration fee of ₹300. Don’t wait till the last minute—give yourself time to avoid any hiccups.

---

2. Document Verification

Dates: May 9 – May 20, 2025

After registration, you might be asked to visit a nearby Verification Centre with your original documents. If you’re eligible for any category (like SEBC, EWS, PwBD, etc.), be sure to carry your certificates.

---

3. Backend Processing

Dates: May 21 – May 24, 2025

You can breathe a little here—this phase is for internal processing. GCAS will review all data and get ready for the first round of admissions.

---

4. First Admission Offer

Dates: May 26 – May 28, 2025

Log in to your GCAS account and check your seat offer. If you like the offer, go ahead and confirm it online with OTP, then print your offer letter. After that, report to your allotted university/college, show your documents, and pay the course fee to secure your seat.

---

5. Second, Third & Fourth Rounds (if needed)

If you didn’t get a seat or want a better option, don’t worry—there are more chances:

Round 2: May 30 – May 31

Round 3: June 3 – June 4

Round 4: June 6 – June 9

Between each round, GCAS will take a day to process data and release new offers.

---

Important Notes

Sundays and holidays are observed. Avoid planning visits on: May 11, 18, 25 and June 1, 7, 8.

Make sure your email and mobile number are active—you’ll get OTPs and updates there.

GCAS is the only way to enter government universities in Gujarat, so this is your main gateway.
